Wadsworth Area Community Assets

Keeping community assets serving local people

Wadsworth Area Community Assets (WACA) is a community benefit society based in Wadsworth, West Yorkshire.

We support community assets – like shops and pubs – to make sure they’re being run in your best interests. Find out more about how we work at our About WACA page.

We’re currently preparing a community bid for the Hare and Hounds Inn in Old Town – community share offer details coming soon – and supporting Friends of Pecket Well Playground.

WACA’s first AGM was held at 7pm on Tuesday 19th May 2026

For information on the newly appointed Board of Directors, please see our AGM page.
