The Hare and Hounds Inn is Old Town’s only pub, and it’s been sold with a planning application to change its use to a private house.

We have three pieces of really good news to share!
As of Monday 2nd March, the Hare and Hounds Inn is now registered as an Asset of Community Value!

We’ve exceeded our 1000 signature target on our petition!!
A great evening – nearly £1000 rasied in aid of WACA to fund us as an organisation that works to retain and renew Wadsworth buildings and resources.
Huge thanks to WACA volunteers, WCA volunteers and DJs who all gave their time for free.
And thank you to all the dancers, drinkers and pie-eaters on the night. Watch out for our next Fundraiser soon………
