7 – 8pm Public Community Update: Presentation by Steering Group and Q&A.
8:30 – 9:30pm Working Groups members stay on: for a discussion on how each group contributes to the timeline.

Friends on our mailing list will have seen in our recent update, that we are making good progress towards setting up the structure needed to make a community share offer purchase of the Old Town PO business.

We are now pleased to announce that we have recently let the current owners know that we will be in a position to make an offer to purchase the freehold once we have gained the appropriate valuations. Hopefully this will happen in the next few weeks.

With so much going on, we think it’s important to have the opportunity to update local interested people, to give the idea of the timescales involved, and to allow you to ask questions.

We envisage the Working Group members attending for the whole evening so that you get the general overview and hear the Q&A, as well as having a chance for more detailed discussions.

If you are not able to attend at this time don’t worry – we will be updating all on our mailing list after the meeting.
